Lose Weight, Gain Speed

I'm up for the challenge!

I could lose 10 - 15 lbs and still be in the optimum BMI area (in the right place now, but on the high end)

It actually exciting to think that getting thinner and healthier could make me faster! w00t!

That and 10 years, might make Boston a possibility yet.

That article really provoked me. I'm certainly looking to shave off 17 minutes from my marathon.
