The End of July Approaches!

Wow!

The end of this "RUN" is here! I found it to be fascinating and a lot of fun!

I am scheduled for a 15 mile run tomorrow! I plan on starting early (for this swing shift worker) between 6:00 and 6:30 AM.

What are your plans? It looks like we are going to do 300 miles this month! Thanks everybody!

The question comes up now - Are we going to continue this? I would like to! How do the rest of you feel about it?

Remember - The run does end, but not the running!

I'm with you my friend - I'll carry on if everyone else will. Might as well...

Doing 14 tomorrow and, as we are finally experiencing summer here, I will start around 6:30 as well. I think we're going to crack the 300 miles this weekend!

Whew! I ran 15.06 miles according to the iPod and 15.33 according to the Garmin 205. I ran it at race pace! It took some work, but it was worth it!

I did 2 on Friday and 5 today -- for a total of 7. Lo and behold!

Of course we should continue this!

I'm sounding like a broken record - 6 miles. But, I just love this run. I'm just trying to keep my long run max at about 6 miles for now, and am continuing to work on crosstraining with my bike and also swimming.

Sunday runs are my time to catch up on podcasts and it's a great way to start a week!

I love reading about everyone's weekend runs, and would like to continue. Sames rules?

I vote to keep this going! Nothing like beeing held accountable...

I ran twice today - but they were separate runs and won't count as one run - they were several hours apart.

Run #1 8.75 Miles
Run #2 7.25 Miles

So, while it was 16 for the day, I will take 8.75 as my longest run of the weekend.

Yesterday I managed 5 miles running plus 3 miles of walking = 8 miles. My hamstring is still bothering me but I can run slow without any pain, which is good. Count me in if we continue VRR.
