Iran 13.74 miles Sunday morning. Geez... Its getting hot out now...
Big fat goose egg for me for this past weekend of 11-12-13....
This weekend I walked an amazing 39.3 miles through the hills of San Fransisco and I thought of you guys along the way. so Saturday was 26.2 and perfect bay area weather all weekend long (that never happens) THANK You Guys for all your support.
Nothing for me so far during the month of July. Will be getting back on track beginning this week!
This was one of those weekends that I just couldn't seem to get it together for my long long run. I was scheduled for 14 on Sunday, but it just wasn't meant to be.
I will gladly take credit for the 7 miles I ran on Saturday.
26.2 in Missoula, Montana! Great scenery and great weather. If it weren't for the altitude, it could have been much faster. But why rush a good thing?
I ran the Boilermaker 15K in Utica, NY this weekend, so 9.3 miles. It was 75 degrees and 75% humidity at the 8:00am start. I managed to get a new PR for the distance.
Congratulations to our marathon runners!
my standard 6 miles in hot and sweating conditions - but I just love this run - it's so relaxing on a weekend morning.
