VRR - July Continues!

We are off to a great start! Even in the heat of Summer, we are developing a heat of our own! We have 2 members that are going the distance of 26.2! Do you have butterflies just contemplating it?

Have a good run everyone! Let us know how your run goes!

Remember... The run does end, but not the running!

Nothing for me so far during the month of July. Will be getting back on track beginning this week!

This was one of those weekends that I just couldn't seem to get it together for my long long run. I was scheduled for 14 on Sunday, but it just wasn't meant to be.

I will gladly take credit for the 7 miles I ran on Saturday.

26.2 in Missoula, Montana! Great scenery and great weather. If it weren't for the altitude, it could have been much faster. But why rush a good thing?

I ran the Boilermaker 15K in Utica, NY this weekend, so 9.3 miles. It was 75 degrees and 75% humidity at the 8:00am start. I managed to get a new PR for the distance.

Congratulations to our marathon runners!

my standard 6 miles in hot and sweating conditions - but I just love this run - it's so relaxing on a weekend morning.
