I did walk an crazy hilly 7.75 miles last weekend although I have hardly been online to report. Probably not much more than my 5 miles I ran yesterday so I guess that will be my weekend controbution this week K? Hope everyone is healthy and happy!

10 miles for me on Saturday morning. As Shirley mentioned, she ran with our training group. A nice journey through Winter Park. Come join us anytime :-)

I ran an extremely tiring 8.0 miles on Sunday. It was on a Jeep trail that I've never run before. What a trial! Extreme elevation. To get my miles in I had to run one rise a couple of times. I sure am sore today!

I ran 8.26 miles on Friday from Old Town to Harbor Island in San Diego. I adjusted my schedule so I could run my long runs while I was out there - I didn't want to miss out. And there is the extra bonus of no humidity.

Everyone is entitled to a zero week..right? Sorry, nothing to report this past weekend - timing is everything and my runs occurred earlier in the week. Next week, I'll be back on schedule...even though the holiday looms large!

Been out of the loop for over a week, out sick. I ran 3 miles on Friday 6/20, and my next run was on 6/29 for 2 miles. Sorry for the late posting.
