I'll start it off. I ran 12.48 miles yesterday. I fell (tripped actually) on some unven sidewalk sections. Jammed my right hand middle finger and whacked my camera! But I got right up and kept going. I guess I did OK!

Sorry Gang, I'm going to ruin the average by posting big fat ZERO. This weekend was fabulous for biking but I didn't run a step! I am having a GREAT time in Hawaii though!!!
Count me in for a 3.5 mile run on sunday 6/8. was in Ohio visiting my brother's and sister's families last week with my kids. Although i didn't run higher mileage like i wanted, i'm happy i was able to keep up with running and working out during that time! those of you with kids will understand. WV Momma

I'll add my 10 miles to the total. Ouch, watch out for those sidewalks! At least it wasn't a knee or foot. We can run with bad hands.

3.1 for the Nike 5K womens fitness festival. What a great time. Started my 10k training today so the milage will go UP!
