I did a graphic to assist us in following the runs this month. Please check the totals and make sure that I have recorded them correctly! Also, make sure that I haven't forgotten anyone.
Hi guys - now i'm back on track can I join in? Can't remember whether you want all the runs for this weekend or just the longest one? Longest one was 8M, total was 10.5 (headcold but getting much better now).
Put me down for 19 yesterday. It was supposed to be a 20-miler but I miscounted laps around this 0.7 mile loop I ran and knew I had a biathlon event (1/2 mi swim & 2-mi run) today anyway ... wished I had two pairs of legs that I could alternate between like shoes!
I ran 3.5 miles on Friday. Took it easy Saturday too, since i played an all day volleyball tourney on Sunday. Joyce, this will take you back...played a reverse co-ed Columbia Doubles Tourney on the Mall in DC. It was a beautiful day! Love the graphic on RTW. WV Momma

I ran 13.66 miles on Sunday, June 15. It is getting hot here in Colorado now. I was really dragging my feet at the end.
Our original goal was for 250m miles in June. As Petra would like to join our humble little group, should we increase our goal?
Well, since we ran 360 miles last month (with an extra weekend), and we have one more runner contributing, how about we shoot for 300?
300 sounds like a good goal to me!

I'm in for 6.2 miles on the treadmill. So glad to see Petra back in her groove- Yayayay! 300 it is!

On vacation and sick - booo! I did manage 5 miles on Saturday when I was feeling better. Hopefully after a few days rest, I will be back on track.

I got a 6 miler plus whatever 600 meters is for those pesky strides that are apparently supposed to help me get faster. lol
