MARCHing Forward!

It seems that this will be an interesting weekend for a great deal of our country and the world.

I hope that everyone here, your family and friends are OK.

Sometimes, a bit of exercise can help make everything straight for you.

20 miles for me and it looks like we might be getting our first dose of Spring this week. I can't wait.

I ran 17.4 miles this morning, just missed the wind/thunder/rain storm. The wind was calm when I ran, but 2 hours later it was 29 mph with gusts much higher; thunder & lightning and sideways rain. Glad I missed it.

Mike? Byt first dose of spring, do you mean good weather or just a change in the nature of it?
Gina? What a way to get a long run in, then be able to observe the weather from inside a safe haven! Good job!

Charlie - I mean temps in the 40's with at least one day where the temp hits the 50's.

I may be just hoping the cold and snow are coming to an end for this winter. It's the nice part of living in MN, it doesn't take much for us to be happy with warmer temps.

Couldn't get the miles in I wanted to, but managed 5.05 miles. Warm weather took it nice and easy!
