July - One More Weekend!

Originally, this blog was for input from every member. It has evolved into a runner's Virtual Group. It seems that many of us engage in other forms of exercise activity. I cross train on a bicycle as do many others. Should we think about adding those totals to this virtual group?

Just thinking about it...

Whatever you do is fine with me, Charlie. I rode my bike 25 miles this morning and will ride again tomorrow. Running starts on Monday! Yippee!

I AM BACK... BACK... BACK...A slow 10K today, but 10K anyway!!!!... 6.2 miles for me...

I like the idea of tracking miles from other activities so folks who are injured or recovering from a race can still contribute if they do something other than run. But doing so might make things complicated or more time consuming for you, Charlie. I'd say it's up to you if you want to take that on.

I ran 3 miles after a HOT bike ride today (my first brick workout in a while). Lizzie, glad to hear you are back to running and Gina, that you will be soon!
