Do We March Or Do We Run? Yes!!!

It seems to have been a hot and cold weekend! Get better, those of you that are broken or sick!

Welcome Westy everyone! A true runner with many scheduled events!

Remember to let me know about YOUR events so we can add them to the calendar!

Brian is scheduled for a competition this weekend! Wish him well!

Have a good run, everyone! Report your hours!

(I am actually headed for an outside run tomorrow. I'll find out if my training is working!)

Finally, a little mileage - 3.3 miles today. Spring break makes it so hard to work out.

Welcome Westy, fellow 50-stater!!

I got 4.3 miles in today, my first brick (bike-run) workout of the year. Definitely need more practice with these!

I ran 6.20 miles on Saturday. Beautiful day in Denver. For my first outside outing, I chose a hilly route! I'll learn!

I ran 17.2 today on a nice muddy trail as finally the snow is melting off of the trails. It was an also a nice day in the Twin Cities as well.

Thanks for letting me join the group.

Welcome Westy! I ran 20M in my first 20M race - it beats doing the 20 milers alone ...

I have a big fat Zero in my column. Sorry... Totalled my car last week, bruised ribs, messed up shoulder and hip from seatbelt. Doc says I will be able to run soon, but I tried. Lots of pain. Might get back on road this week. Bryan.

Welcome Westy!

Only 3 miles for me on Friday. I had an extremely sore neck and skipped my Sunday run.

Recovering from my trip home from the west coast. I ended up with 5 for the weekend. Well below the 17 on my schedule, but it's better than nothing.

Welcome Westy!

Zero for me. Gosh - my record is looking awful! The weekends just turn out to be filled with lots of family time (go figure). I am happy to report, though, that "training" starts next week!
