I ran 4.25 miles on Friday. I ran 26 miles for the week.These are my stats for the month.24 runs. 6.7 mph average. 9:01 average pace.Next week I'll start to run longer and probably a bit slower as well. Half-marathon in the middle of May!
It sure is the finish line and I ran 4 miles yesterday. Another brick (bike-run) workout but the run was really supposed to be 5 miles, not 4. I goofed!

Big zero for me this past weekend. Spent most of it visiting a friend in the hospital. Got out today for a few miles so all is not lost.
I did 6 miles on 3/27. Also breached the 100 pound mark with my weight loss this weekend! Been tooting my own horn ever since.
Well, another goose egg for me. BUT today I was given the green light by my doctor to do whatever I want. So I have already done a mini-run today!!!!

Found a few more hills in Florida and ran 11.8 miles. Next weekend will be a "flat track" on the streets of Winter Park.
I'm late to report, but I did run the Chasco Challenge Half Marathon in New Port Richey on Saturday. - My Garmin gave me 13.23It was a really tough race as the later water stops didn't have a drop to drink. I will post a race report soon.
I ran 18.7 miles on last Sat. It was hard because it rained the whole time. But all was good when it was over. :)
