I ran for the first time in over a month this weekend. 7 yesterday but let's count the 10 miles today :-)
PS - I have the Kona 10K coming up on 6/26. No other races planned as of right now.

I have a 5 mile race PR! (I'll let you know soon what it is.) Or, should I say that Elvis has a PR - First 5 miler!
BUT... I'm going to count Saturday's 11.11 mile long run for our group. Denver's weather yesterday was cold and windy, so it was a treadmill run for me!
0 for me, I basically shut it down this weekend and the weather wasn't warm enough to bike at least for me.
26.52 yesterday at the Eugene Marathon. I hurt my foot so my running streak is over for a bit. :( Still, I finished and am now an official Marathon Maniac.
Congrats Gina, take care of that foot and welcome to the Maniacs.

Just wanted to let you all know that my foot is broken. :( No running for 2 months, but I bought a bike trainer so I can at least get some stationary bike riding in.
