I ran 9.03 miles this Sunday morning in Eagle Mountain, Utah. 6 days until the Salt Lake City Marathon and I've been running here to get acclimated to the elevation. It seems to be working and I'm feeling confident about the marathon next Saturday. Have a great day everyone!
I'd love to run Big Sur too someday (used to live in Monterey!). Anyway, so happy to be able to be outside again. I ran somewhere between 10-11 miles today, no Garmin to know for sure so let's call it 10.5 :-)
30 for me on Saturday plus 10 more that started on Sunday @1am, so 30 will do it.
Had fun pacing my friends for their 100 at McNaughton Park in Pekin, IL. The day started with rain which meant mud (those hills were scary coming down and hard to go up) then we got heat (near 80F), between the two they ended up dropping after 70 miles but it was fun running 30 with them and then pacing them 10 more in the middle of the night. Had wanted to do 10 more myself but the heat did me in too.
I didn't know you had planned races: here mine for the next 2 months 4/17/2011 - Wenatchee Half 5/1/2011 - Tacoma City Half 5/7/2011 - Inspiring Hope Mukilteo 5K 5/8/2011 - Kirkland Half 5/15/2011 - Capital City Half, Olympia 5/22/2011 - Seattle 15K 5/29/2011 - Coeur D'Alene Marathon, ID

Hey, Charlie, I've added 3 more races to my schedule.

It's called the Firecracker Triple. It may kill me.
