I have to say it again!  Great group!

Tina piles on the miles - Just because!

I know I'm totally into junk miles now.  Nothing scheduled and not training schedule to follow!
(I wonder how long that will continue...)

18 miles on the books for me today. AND IT SHOWS... I look and feel like I haven't trained at all then just decided to go for an easy 18 mile run. What the heck is up with that?

Last weekend was 13.1 for Nike Womens 1/2 marathon and the weekend before that was 16 miles.

WTG, Gina & Tina on your long runs! And Charlie sounds like the perfect recovery run after your half marathon.

I'm taking it easy and not running this weekend. Want to be well recovered for another marathon coming up in 2 wks!

On the 10th I ran 11 miles, last weekend I didn't run any miles, today I ran 11.75 miles.

hello, folks, I'm hoping I can join the group even though I'm a mere walker. Wanting to get some more excersise/motivation to get off my duff. I know Tom and Charlie, but not the rest of you. Got on my treadmill for 1/2 hr today, stuck it out for 1.35 miles.

OK, I gotta get used to this thing. didn't get on the treadmill tonight, worked late late --12 hr day. I'm planning on trying better tomorrow. Thanks for the wekcome!

1.35 mi tonight on treadmill. Rog has been supportive by reading to me while doing this "chore". The walks aroudn the lake are more entertaining, but not as strenuous...more of a wildlife observation walk than sweaty excersise.
