9.09 for my outdoor long run!
Wow, Charlie, we seem to be on the same wavelength. :) I ran 9.27 this morning. It's COLD, windy and rainy here in Salem, Oregon. I got into some hail at the end of my run. What happened to spring?
12 for me, time to taper for McNaughton, looking forward to the road trip to Illinois.

Another weekend of no running for me but I'm riding my bike well and should be able to run starting next week. Well done to all who are out there running in good weather or not!
Taking it easy this weekend....ran 4.3 miles at the campground in the early morning to the visitor center and back. I also biked over 8 miles yesterday (two trips to the visitor center).
