I ran 3.26 today. Just taking it easy & slow since my marathon.
17.17 miles for me!

I ran 26.2 in Rhode Island today. Nothing spectacular but another state is in the bag.
I agree with you Shirley congrats everyone and congrats to Shirley for Rhode Island.
26.2 for me, Nebraska is now taken care of.
I ran with my wife, she had a few issues with the heat and her shoes and for the first time in recent memory, I managed the heat with no issues.
