13.1 miles in the OUC Half Marathon!
My mind was ready to race but my body was still recovering from my 2 recent iron tris. Saw Chris run a PR, though. CONGRATS CHRIS!!!
8 for me. Final pre-marathon longrun!
6.75 miles on Sat 05th
As Shirley said, 13.1 at OUC - great race. Congrats to Charlie on the Las Vegas Elvis run!
Just 2 for me, although I did them basically barefoot, my first try at it. No post run issues.
13.64 miles all things considered! It took .23 to cross the start line (according to the watch). 1st mile took 37 minutes (from official start to Mile marker 1 - not chip time).
It was a cold, cold start! Compression shorts, tights, tunic, Elvis jump suit and the wig helped a bit. 27,000 runners all crowded together helped even more!
There were 224 other Elvi and 95 couples used the run-through wedding chapel!
I was even interviewed on TV8 - KLAS! A lot of fun!

Oops, I'm behind, sorry. I ran 26.2 miles on Sunday, the California International Marathon. 5:28:52!
Only ran 2 miles this weekend (12/12), post marathon run. Still pretty sore! Have a great day!
