Middle of July? Running in the Heat!

Updated! Thanks for the comments!

Are you feeling the heat? I am just so happy to be running without (a lot) of pain!

How are you doing?

My favorite morning route takes me North along tree shaded streets and parks! Where do you run?

Remember to post your runs and walks! Have fun! Stay cool!

Great job Charles! I'm glad to hear that your feet are recovering. Count me in for 4 miles. I'm been doing the neighborhood round. Up and around...This morning, it felt really nice - not that hot sticky feeling earlier this week.

I ran 12 miles this morning. Heat wasn't too bad, humidity at 100%, yuck!

Part of our run today took us through Rollins College and past the "Dinky Dock".

Glad you are on the mend Charlie!

13.07 for me the day after a loooong bike ride. I actually waited till noon to make sure I got my heat training. Tough! In a good way :-)

Wonderful to hear you're running w/o pain, Charlie & with less pain, Westy. Keep up the good work, everyone!

4 for me on Saturday (Friday too...) I had 7 on my schedule for Sunday, but a late night and walking all day at EPCOT on Saturday derailed my plans.
