September Continuing...

My favorite trail has autumn leaves falling on it already.  Colder nights but still warm days!

How is your favorite trail coming along and how is your weather?

OH...  And leave a comment on your distance in a comment!

Great weekend everyone!  Thanks for the updates!

OK! John, I added you to our sidebar and looks like Charlie's already added you to the table above so you are IN.

Very cool..
Thanks Guys!
Today 18th, in pouring rain I did my regular morning run of 6.48 miles. Charlie mentioned this is where I enter this data?
My long runs are during the week as I work weekends.. but only one weekend run is loggable as I understand it... very cool

Yep, just post a comment here with your miles run and Charlie will do his magic from there and get everyone's miles recorded into the table. If you did not run for some reason but did some other activity (say, bike or walked), you can post those miles too. I biked last weekend, for example, so there is a "B" in the C/T column next to my miles.

PS - John, you can also post in a comment what events you are training for. We have a 2010 events table in the side bar as well. It's a bit hard to read b/c there is an issue with the table image shrinking when Charlie saves it (and I've stretched it to try to see it better). But still, it's nice to see other events folks are doing.

I ran 10.10 miles this morning. Started out with cloudy skies but came back in sunshine!

My Sami set a PR today! Less than 2 years old and she has run her first 10 mile run!

John - I generally update this at the first of the week.

I'm so excited about running the Whiskeytown Relay tomorrow. I'm planning on pulling out two of the four legs tomorrow (3 if I'm feeling good)! I'll let you know of the mileage when I get home!!!

I suppose you could say it is "cooler" here - but still need to get out before the sun is up. At 11 am it is 85 deg F but feels like 92. Still, at least it is in the lower 70s first thing in the am.

Did 7.75 miles today - prepping for my 8 mile leg of the relay at the Disney Wine and Dine Half coming up Oct 2nd!

0 miles for me, I may have torn a calf muscle and I wasn't even running or doing anything :-(

11 miles today, a MUCH better run than last week. I'm still not back to normal, but I'm getting there. I'm training for Goofy in January, so my schedule calls for Sat & Sun runs. I don't usually run 2 days in a row, so it's a challenge. I ran 5 yesterday.

Mike, so sorry to hear about your calf!! I had a calf injury last Dec which was not fun. Could barely walk the first week, took me about a month before I could run again. Hope yours heals up faster.

As for me running-wise, I did an unscheduled 13 mile run today. Just couldn't resist with the cooler weather in Hawaii and a new cute running outfit :-)

I did 3 legs of the relay today (almost did 4 but didn't have enough GU or chomps to cover the next 6 miles. So please put me in for a very hilly (not that that counts) 13.25 miles around the lake!!!

I'm turning into a comment-aholic! Ok. So nothing here is changing YET but we just had 2 good rains so the earth smells delicious and fresh. I'm looking so forward to the leaves changing and falling I almost can't stand it! Autumn is absolutely my favorite time of year.
