Hey! Let's Get Some Exercise In!



Is it hot where you are? It is definitely hot where I am!

Exercise!  But, please, do it in a safe and aware manner.  Keep hydrated!

I'm back! 8.46 miles this morning on my official first long run in training for the California International Marathon!

I ran 16 miles in the heat of the day yesterday. First run over 10 miles in a while. Boy, was it slooooowww... but happy to get it done.

Do we just post our weekend day mileage? HELP....Saturday I did 8.25 miles...but if you are counting today...I did 4.0 today...

Hi Tammy! Thanks for the miles! Are you doing better now?

So far, we have agreed to record one run over a weekend... A weekend being Friday, Saturday or Sunday. So I will record that 8.25 miles!

Yes, unless you didn't run in which case you may also report that you did some cross-training (hiked, biked, etc), if you want. That will also now count and be noted in the C/T column with a letter different than "R".

I've been on vacation so I'm just posting last weekend. I ran 8.6 miles on Saturday in Eagle Mountain,Utah. I hope everyone's week has been great. Last week I rode 103 miles on my bike also. Whew! I'm tired. :)
