First of all, I ran 6.56 miles today. I took the hill route which is 3 miles up then 3 miles down.
Secondly, I was asked by Chris Russel to host his podcast, Run Run Live, for a vacation show. Listen to # 133, if you are interested. http://feeds.feedburner.com/RunRunLive-Running-Podcast
I ran 6.2 miles, preceded by 4.09 mile bike ride and followed by 6.25 mile bike ride. My foot is getting MUCH better. I was able to run 1.15 mile segments with 1 min of walking after each one; this for the entire run. Happy I am. :)
22.5 for me, although to be accurate I can't call it all running.
I have to say it was a combination run/hike/walk day. Ran a 1/2 marathon with my wife and daughter, finished with my daughter (her first ever) and then circled back to finish with my wife and then later I got in another 8 miles or so (that was my run/powerwalk/hike combo). It was a hot and humid day at least for us but it still beats winter every time.

How does this chart look to you?
The "C/T" column can be used for the activity. B fo bicycles, R for Running, W for a walk, H for a hike...
What do you fine people think?
All right...

Charlie, I like the new graph with the C/T option for those who do other things than run. Yesterday I ran 3 mi in a sprint tri.
Gina, good to hear your foot is better!
9.51 for me!
