8.25 miles for me!
3.12 miles for me yesterday last week was 2 hours of roller skating...what a workout.
Got another 10 miler in today - midday run in warmer temps....low 60s... but quite a bit of wind.
Only 2 miles for me but the best 2 miles run after a 60-mile bike ride to date!
19 for me, next up is either a 50k or a 50M, decision time soon.
20 miles for me on Sat 27... Remember to fix my Sat 20.. I did 15 not 20
Wow! You guys all humble me! I have updated the 2010 Event schedule!Please check it for accuracy and let's go get a run in!
I did nothing this time period.... but for THIS weekend (3/7) I did 2 miles. I had detected a pre-injury, so I took some time off. Now I am back - fingers crossed.
