I ran 8.27 Saturday!
Fun run 5K for me so 3.1 miles.
12 for me today, back in training with a purpose, I have 10 weeks until Chippewa 50k. Beautiful day, 10F, light wind.
8.25 for me today! Great run to end the month!
Evaluating my log, I see that I had failed to report Sat 01/23 10 miles and Sun 01/31 13.5 miles
