Well... I see it wasn't very scary for any of you!
So, as a treat... Here I am running a training long run (10 miles) in my Elvis costume!
Now that should scare you!

50 for me (although the Garmin came in at 51.4). Interesting and fun experience, race report will follow later today.
9 miles for me!!! And I ran them with the fastest men in the world... Not that I ran @ their pace, but I ran virtually with them during 80% of the NY marathon. It was fabulous.
10.79 for me! I ran Denver's Washington Park as Elvis. It was interesting and a lot of people enjoyed it!
Just 4 easy recovery miles for me this weekend. Another iron tri coming up next weekend!
I had posted under the last entry...17.07 miles for me yesterday. Good thing because I think I ate all the calories back today enjoying Epcot's food and wine festival!!!
13.1 miles for me at the Halloween Halfathon.
It was hot and it was tough, but I finished it!
