29.5 for me. It was slow but I think I can do my first 50 in 4 weeks, I hope.

15.12 miles for me on Friday. A bit cooler thanks to a cold front but mid-80's is still pretty darn hot.
Sad weekend at my house. Sadder Monday. My cat and friend, Bowie, of 12 years passed away this morning.
Not much running done. Did manage 3.01 on Friday.
Sorry to hear about your cat....always hard to lose a good friend.
15.1 miles for me on Sunday.
I ran an "easy" 10 miles on Saturday as I taper for my marathon this Sunday. It will be nice to run in cool weather :-)
Charlie, I am so sorry to hear about Bowie.
6.2 miles for me on Saturday at the Sunnyside Survivor 10K.
