17 miles for me in temps that felt like 90-97 degs but I did NOT melt!

12.73 miles for me on friday, followed by camping in the rain with some old friends
Ran 11 miles on Saturday. Not quite as hot as Shirley's run but it was hot! I think it will be this way until I leave for vacation on October 8th. Marathon on October 11th, in Albany, NY.

i only eeked out 2 miles of a walk this weekend. Yep, it's way hot in central TX. We're now on mandatory water restriction.
