Submitted for your approval. Sorry bout the lapse in posting but half training is going very well. Ran 15K at race pace this morning, so 9.31 miles for today. Also looking back I notice I also should have submitted for 5/23 with 9 miles. Hope everyone's training is going well. Well done Maddy on your race last weekend.

Supposed to be a recovery week for me but ended up running 8 miles pretty fast to beat a brewing thunderstorm. Just made it back in time!

Another 5K for Isaac and I (on Friday night!) so please put me down for 3.1 miles. Actually... Chasen pushed him... but I did do the 5K.

Ran 3.8 plus walked .58 mmm make total of 4 on Saturday... only 3 more weeks for my 1/2 marathon!

First weekend of a new training session. Eighteen weeks until my marathon, Mohawk-Hudson, Albany, NY.

I ran 10 miles on Saturday.
