Phew! I'm resting now (Charlie - cewtwo). Going to run some, but not a lot. I think that most of my minor aches and pains are gone now, so I'll give it a go this weekend!
I know that Marathon Girl Leslie is running the Madeira Beach Half-Marathon this weekend, so give her a shout out and wish her luck!

I only did two miles today and depending on the rain we'll see if I get any runs in tomorrow. It felt good to get out there again today.
It did feel great to run today! I ran 3.05 miles!

I ran 10 miles on Saturday. It was cold for Florida, 44 degrees. We are back to normal today. I have the Jacksonville Bank half-marathon next Sunday (21st).
16 miles for me today!
10.6 miles for me on sat 13th.
I eeked out 8 miles...on the treadmill. Talking about boring!
Egads, lots of running around but no official running for me over the weekend :-(
Should be doing some in Kona, though :-)
