Some of you are running a competition. Others are training. Some are on the taper to a competition!
Jim is running his race this weekend and dedicating it to his friend, Tim Feeney! It seems so appropriate!
I am running a comfortable 3 miles a day now. So relaxing...
Run, though! Walk! Motivate! It is good for you!

Put me down for 5.5 miles. My right knee for some reason is wincing now, when I walk or bend down. Ugh. Going to take it easy for a few days.
Ouch! Take it easy on that knee!
I ran 3.5 miles Saturday!
4 miles for me -- in the rain!
And for the sidebar, I have a 10K on Dec. 31st. It's the DAC 10K in Collierville, TN.
20.1 miles for me. The taper to Disney now begins! :-)
8.6 miles Saturday (20th). Not sure why its .6 but what the hell. I just cleared 1000 miles! WooHoo!
Put me down for 10 this Sunday Charlie - and I have London marathon April 26th and White Peak half on May 16th...
A very emotional 13.1 on Sunday. A few times I felt a push in the back from Tim. He got us to a new PR.
9.38 for me on Saturday. Decided to move my 20 on Sunday to this Wednesday because of some leg pain. After my dad's girlfriend, who is a veterinarian (I figure the same principles apply) said she thought it could be a stress fracture, I went to the urgent care clinic to have it checked out.
I am RICE-ing it now and hope to start my taper on Wednesday.
Yes. Let's keep it up. If you need help administering stuff, let me know. always willing to pitch in.
Hey All,
I've been lurking for some time...ever since MarathonChris told me about this site. But now I'm curious about how to join in the fun! email me at rlkraus001@gmail.com with instructions on how to get in on the totals :) --Rachel (who is planning a 22 mi this weekend...ahhh!)
I say we continue this next year, it's been fun seeing what everyone is doing. Charlie, you've done a great job as the coordinator!
