November 10 Update!
Are you aware that we have achieved almost 300 miles in just 2 weekends? What an inspiring group to run with. Why I feel that I could almost complete a marathon running with this group!
I have set the goal for November at 500 miles. 500 miles! And we have already achieved half of that with 3 weekends still to go!
Let's keep this up! I have a marathon coming up in the near future that I sincerely hope to complete (I am training to complete that goal in the near future). I know that many of you have a marathon goal in mind for the near future. There also some half-marathon, Tris, 10ks and other races as well!
Maybe we should take the time and update our goal/event calendar!

Thank you to everyone who read the post on my friends Tim and Susan. I saw Tim on Saturday and he wanted to talk marathons! On Sunday, a friend took him in his wheelchair to the park where we start our weekend training runs, Tim wanted to visit. Does anyone need some motivation? A special thank you to Charlie for posting the story and to Shirley who added it to her "Endurance Sports Bar".
What a great 2 weekends so far! Could you update my weekend from 11.8 to 18. I also worked a 10K into my long run but for some reason it doesn't show as a workout. Bummer. We as a group are doing great and I'm sure we'll achieve 500 miles for the month!Everyone is looking so strong.
Only 9 for me last weekend...
MMM I walked last Friday :D 1.5 miles but Sat and Sun just didn't get the chance too. Can you use my buckeye acct on this blog? Yippee I am back I'm soooo happy
Good idea! On November 21st I will do the True Blue 5K.

I can (and sometimes do) use the Buckeye accounts to update here. We need to remember, though, that we are a group and we need to interact as a group.
