Wouldn't JUNE Know it? A new Month!

How's the weather where you are?

I'll have to leave early in the morning for my run due to a hot day! My Marathon is coming up!

But I want to hear about your run! Leave the details in a comment!

5 miles for me, I ran the Santiam Memorial Hospital Fun Run 8k this morning. It was a beautiful, sunny day. However, the course was full of hills, and I mean HILLS! Oh well, glad it's over.

Oh yeah, Charlie, I have a few more races scheduled: June 25 - Salem Summer Solstice 10k; July 17 - Walk or Run for the Arts 5k; and August 7 - Homer's Classic 8k.

Thanks.

Nice job, Charlie. Still on my break so 0 again for me. I am going to start running again this week!

26.2 for me in Casper, Wyoming. Nice scenic course but the 5000' altitude was tough. Lots of Marathon Maniacs and 50-staters who felt the same, though, so I had plenty of company.

Great job on your long run, Charlie, and your hilly race, Gina!

Gina,

It would be a short list if it wasn't for you! You are amazing, too.

You did remind me to place my registration for the Denver RnR Half into my schedule! Thanks for that!

Charlie

Hey,Charlie, I'm adding another couple of races to my schedule. haha! Salem Summer Solstice 6.21K (a different one) on June 21 and Stayton Old Time Run 10k on July 4. Thanks.

Nice job, Shirley! It's hard to do runs at high altitude. I know, I've done 2 of them. Just about killed me. :)

43 miles for me, ran the FANS 12 hour event.

Had an unexpected outcome where the race turned out to be 10 hours. First 40 miles were great, next 3 were not. An absolutely fun event to do. Can't wait until next year.

Incredible running, Mike! I can't imagine running for 12 hrs, let alone 10.
