From home, from work, but not from running. I am leaving for an event of passion for me. I am vacationing with the jeep and my running shoes in Moab, Utah.
I tell you this so you know that I may be slow on the chart this week, but I am going to be quick on the trail.

An easy 3.46 mile run for me after a hard 20 miles on the bike. Hope you have a great trip, Charlie!
10.35 miles for me yesterday! Longest in a long time. Can't wait to watch the Boston Marathon tomorrow, we have several locals and a few friends from Chico out there!
5.6 miles for me! Longest run in 2 months. Progressing slowly.
4 miles for me in St. Pete Beach. Then I slipped into vacation mode and didn't run for the remainder of my weekend.
5 miles for me on Sunday.
6.73 here. Was supposed to be a 4 but was having too much fun on the trail. Plus my first weekend w/ my 405 birthday toy. I'm in love.
Not this past weekend, but hopefully next weekend, i'll get some mileage!
Better late than never. I missed the post for another 10 miles. Hope you had a great vacation and not too much snow!
