    I ran 3.12 miles in Norcross, Georgia. I was reminded how humid parts of the United States can be!

    14.98 miles for me, it was the hottest day I have run in thus far this year, 80F and 50% humidity. So if you all want some cooler running, come visit us in MN :-)

    At 4:30am Saturday, it was 79 degrees in Orlando! I think the humidity was about the same, yuck! Log me in for 17.4 miles.

    Should not have run a 5K on Thursday evening! good results, first place in age group 1/10, 22:22.
