    Only 4 miles for me, but 2 of them at 5K race pace trying to keep up with a couple of very speedy guys.

    I did 9 today! 3 warm up then half marathon relay! WAHOOOOO! We came in at 1:51:?? It was a lot of fun!

    I ran 10 miles on Saturday. Next weekend is a 10K race here in Orlando.
