ReplyDeleteI ran for the first time in over a month this weekend. 7 yesterday but let's count the 10 miles today :-)
PS - I have the Kona 10K coming up on 6/26. No other races planned as of right now.

BUT... I'm going to count Saturday's 11.11 mile long run for our group. Denver's weather yesterday was cold and windy, so it was a treadmill run for me!
0 for me, I basically shut it down this weekend and the weather wasn't warm enough to bike at least for me.
ReplyDelete26.52 yesterday at the Eugene Marathon. I hurt my foot so my running streak is over for a bit. :( Still, I finished and am now an official Marathon Maniac.

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you all know that my foot is broken. :( No running for 2 months, but I bought a bike trainer so I can at least get some stationary bike riding in.
