  1. I ran 7 miles this morning. I do have both a 10K and a half-marathon in less than 3 months!

  2. 6.4 miles Fri afternoon. It also looks like I'm poised to lose at least 2 more pounds this week.

  3. I've been offline for awhile, but I've been running! (although now my foot issues are acting up, so I'm not sure how much...). First weekend: 6 mi, last weekend 14 mi, this weekend 14 mi :)

  5. Hey Charlie! Please put me down for 3.1. It's been a slow February thus far!

  6. Zero -- been busy mommying! And am supposed to be "recovering" from birth. I am hoping to resume some walking by next weekend. YAY! If the weather is nice, Baby Isaac will join me.

  7. 9 miles late night on my treadmill yesterday and a good lesson learned about the importance of replenishing afterwards. This morning's long bike ride was tough!

  8. 13 miles for me today. It was a tough run.

  9. 3.32 miles for me - instead of long and slow we (hubby and I) were shorter and quicker (10:21 min/mi pace).

  10. I remembered to leave my mileage this week, 10 miles on Saturday. The Winter Park 10K is coming up on March 14, big race in this area. Feel as though I am fully recovered from the Breast Cancer half-marathon last Sunday.

    Congratulations Susan!

  11. You all put me to shame - nothing for me except a bit of running around and kicking a soccer ball around with my 4 year old. Now, she's in bed with 105 temp this monday morning :-(

  13. Welcome Solo Runner!

Unfortunately, I got ZERO miles in this weekend. I had to go out of town and do both of my scheduled runs before I left.
