VRR - December 2008


Getting cold in Denver this time of year! Motivates one to keep moving! (or to go to the warmth of the house or club and a run on the treadmill)

    This sunday is my VERY FIRST MARATHON! I'm excited and scared. 26.2 miles here I come!

    I ran twice this weekend, but the longest was 4 miles.

    I can confirm that Shirley worked the race on Saturday :-)
