ReplyDeleteI enjoyed spending a good part of the weekend with my sister and my family. So I made the decision to swap my long run today with the cross training on my schedule for tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteSorry it took so long. I ran 15 miles on Sunday! This weekend (for NOVEMBER! Can you believe it's already NOVEMBER?!?) I'll be doing a total of 18 on Sunday including a 10K. Good luck this weekend guys and gals. Keep safe. We should be having our first REAL fall rainstorm this weekend. YEAHHHH!
