Any idea on Seattle?
I ran 12.05 on Saturday. Fair pace. I'm not sure about Seattle yet.

On Sunday the 9th, I ran a half marathon that was 1/2 mile longer. Count me in for 13.6 miles.
ReplyDeleteDid we ever set a November Goal? How about 500 miles? There are more of us these days and we destroyed the October goal.

On Nov 2nd I ran 8.1 miles and today, the 9th I ran 8 miles (I don't think I reported last week).

13.1 miles for me on Sunday, Nov 9, as part of a half iron tri. Finally was able to get that run segment done in under 2 hours!
